Crown of Thorns

The crown of thorns could not stop the thoughts inside our Saviors head.

The thorns were no barrier at all between Him and the Father.

The thorns had no effect at all on the thoughts He had towards them He

came to save.

The nails kept His arms spread wide.

But His arms have always been open to those that would receive Him.

The nails went though His hands.

The hands that have only wanted to help us and hold us.

It was not Christ that stood upon the ground lower then two thieves,

but a Roman soldier holding an iron spear.

That soldier was focused only upon his duty.

He was blinded to the Son of God.

It was not the spear that opened the heart of Jesus.

For that heart was opened to us before time began.
